Luke Weil

Luke serves as executive chairman of the board of Andina III. He was the chairman of Andina II and CEO of Andina I. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2013, Luke headed international business development for Scientific Games Corporation in Latin America where, among other responsibilities, he oversaw business acquisitions in the region. From 2004 to 2006, Luke was an associate and then junior partner at Business, Strategies, & Insight, a government relations and business consulting firm. He started his career as an investment banker at Bear Stearns.
Julio Torres

Julio is CEO and a member of the board of directors of Andina III. He also served as CEO of Andina II from 2016 to 2018 and co-CEO of Andina I from 2011 to 2013. Since 2013, Julio has been a managing partner at Multiple Equilibria Capital, a financial advisory firm. From 2008 to 2013, he was managing director of the private equity firm Nexus Capital Partners. Prior to this, he served with the Colombian Ministry of Finance as Director General of Public Credit and the Treasury from 2006 to 2008. Julio has also worked at other premier financial institutions such as JP Morgan Chase. He is currently a board member of Tecnoglass Inc. (Nasdaq: TGLS), Tuscany Oil Holdings Ltd., Banco Serfinanza S.A., Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional, and Colombia Telecomunicaciones.
Mauricio Orellana

Mauricio is CFO of Andina III and held the same title for Andina II. He also acted as an M&A advisor to Andina I. Since 2013, Mauricio has been a managing director at Cori Capital Partners, a financial advisory firm covering Latin America. Between 2005 and 2013, he was vice-president and then managing director at the financial services firm Stephens Inc. in the Latin American advisory practice of the firm. Mauricio has also worked at the Latin American Infrastructure Fund (LAIF) sponsored by GE and AIG, and the Inter-American Investment Corporation. He is currently a board member of CIFI, an entity focused in infrastructure financing in Latin America.
Maya Hernandez

Maya is Treasurer of Andina III. She served as Treasurer and Secretary of Andina II and was an initial investor and advisor to Andina I. Prior to joining Andina I, Maya was senior currency strategist for Latin America at HSBC Securities (USA) from 2008 to 2015. From 2005 to 2008, she was the lead macro-economic analyst for HSBC, covering the Andean region. She started her career as a public policy associate at the Council of the Americas, a leading business organization.
Leyla Saavedra

Leyla is vice-president of Andina III. Since 2015, she has been senior partner at Accounting Advice Center. Previously, she worked as a forensic accountant for Financial Benefits Corporation, reconstructing assets and income streams, developing sound business plans, providing strategic positioning counsel through analysis of company performance.
